Return / Replacement Policy

Key Points for Warranty Claims:

  1. Araldite Application: Apply Araldite on the bat as a prerequisite for any warranty claim.
  2. Warranty Duration: The warranty covers a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  3. Return Requirement: To claim the warranty, damaged bats must be returned to the KWE Sports office. Claims may be forfeited if the bat is not returned.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning damaged bats.
  5. Evidence Needed: Provide clear video and photo evidence of non-physical damage to support your warranty claim.
  6. Confirmation Needed: Obtain approval from our damage and return team before sending back the bat. Claims may be forfeited without confirmation unless shipping charges are paid.
  7. Breakage Condition: The bat must break due to ball impact. Submit videos and photos of the damage for your warranty claim.
  8. Replacement Only: Broken bats will be replaced; no refunds are available.
  9. One Replacement Policy: Each customer is eligible for only one replacement. No second replacement will be issued.
  10. Replacement Terms: The replacement bat will match the original order. No changes or upgrades are allowed, even with additional payment.
  11. Refund Policy: Refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment, with valid reasons provided.
  12. Exchange Policy: For product exchanges, submit images and videos of the received bat to process the exchange.
